Cheer Roster Limitations

As we launch the inaugural season of our KO Bows Cheer Program, we are committed to building more than just a cheer team — we are building a culture centered around sisterhood, character development, discipline, confidence, and leadership.

In order to preserve the quality, structure, and long-term vision of our program, we will be implementing strict roster limitations for our 2026 Fall season.

Roster Cap Per Division: 15 Student-Athletes

Payment Structure

At KO Bros Warriors of God, we are committed to providing a premier youth tackle football experience centered around development, structure, mentorship, accountability, and competitive excellence. In an effort to remain transparent with all participating families, please carefully review our Fall 2026 Registration & Payment Structure outlined below.

Early Bird Registration Special

Families who register during our Early Bird period may secure their student-athlete’s roster spot for a one-time flat rate of $400 total.

This discounted rate includes:

  • Fall Season Registration

  • Participation Fees

  • Team Operations & Administrative Costs

Regular Registration Rate

Once the Early Bird registration period closes, the Fall registration structure will be as follows:

  • $300 Registration Fee

  • $250 Uniform Fee

Total: $550

The uniform package includes:

  • KO Bows Cheer Top

  • KO Bows Cheer Bottom

  • Team Issued Cheer Shoes

  • Warm-Up Jump-Suit

All uniforms issued during the Fall season will be yours to keep at the conclusion of the season.

Multi-Sibling Family Discount

We understand the financial commitment that comes with supporting multiple student-athletes within the same household. In an effort to continue making elite youth football accessible to families, KO Bows proudly offers a significant sibling discount for additional registrations.

After the first full registration, every additional sibling registered will receive:

  • A reduced $100 Registration Fee

  • Standard $250 Uniform Fee

Total Per Additional Sibling: $350

That represents:

  • Over 40% off the standard registration fee

  • $150 in total savings per additional athlete

This allows families with multiple student-athletes to continue participating in a high-level football environment while significantly reducing the financial burden of multiple registrations.

Example:

  • 1st Athlete = $550

  • 2nd Athlete = $350

  • 3rd Athlete = $350

The sibling discount applies only to immediate family members within the same household.

Payment Plan Option

We understand that some families may require additional flexibility when fulfilling registration costs.

For families requesting a payment plan:

  • A non-refundable down payment of $145 is due at the time of registration.

  • The remaining registration balance must be paid in full by Friday, July 3rd, 2026.

Payment Plan Balances

  • Standard Registration Remaining Balance: $405

  • Additional Sibling Remaining Balance: $205

Failure to fulfill registration balances by the stated deadline may result in:

  • Loss of roster placement

  • Suspension of participation eligibility

  • Delay in uniform ordering and administrative processing

Transparency Regarding Registration Fees

In an effort to maintain complete transparency with all families, please understand that once registration fees are processed, our organization immediately begins allocating funds toward operational and administrative expenses associated with your student-athlete’s participation.

These expenses include, but are not limited to:

  • Team uniform ordering and production

  • Equipment preparation and allocation

  • League and roster registration fees

  • Insurance and administrative processing

  • Staffing and operational costs

Because these expenses are incurred immediately upon registration and commitment to the program, all down payments and fulfilled registration fees are considered non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our evaluation-based refund policy outlined below.

Non-Refundable Commitment Policy

If a family:

  • Voluntarily quits the program,

  • Decides to participate with another youth tackle football organization after registering,

  • Begins a payment plan and later withdraws to play elsewhere,

  • Or fails to fulfill payment obligations after committing to the program,

then all fees paid up to that point will remain non-refundable.

By registering with KO Bows, families acknowledge and agree to the payment structure, refund policy, and financial terms outlined above.
