National star rankings offered by mainstream media and sports outlets often rely too heavily on subjective opinions from analysts, creating flaws and inconsistencies in player evaluations. That’s why KO Bros is launching its own in-house Star Ranking service—designed to take the subjectiveness out of the process and put the power back in the hands of student-athletes.

The KO Bros Star Rankings are built on a combination of three scores to create your 100+ Star Ranking: the KOmbine Performance Score, the Skills Camp Score, and the IT-Factor Bonus Points. By establishing clear KO Bros Benchmarks, we provide athletes with the tools to understand and prepare for evaluations specific to their position.

This approach ensures that rankings are based on measurable, scientific data rather than individual opinions. Athletes can take full control of their rankings, knowing that their performance—not perception—determines their success. Our transparent and comprehensive system not only empowers athletes but also offers the most accurate evaluation process available, paving the way for national exposure and recognition.

KOMBINE SCORE

MAXIMUM 50 PTS
Your KOmbine Performance makes up 50 of the 100 points in your KO Bros Star Ranking. Using laser technology for precise results, you'll compete in verified measurables, vertical jump, broad jump, 40-yard dash with 10-yard splits (position-specific), and the short shuttle. Each event is worth up to 10 points, combining for a maximum 50-point KOmbine Score.
SKILL CAMP SCORE

MAXIMUM 50 PTS
Your Skills Camp Performance contributes 50 of the 100 points in your KO Bros Star Ranking. In this portion of our camp, you'll compete in position-specific, in-game scenarios designed to showcase your talents. Each position group is evaluated on 5 key variables, each worth up to 10 points, combining for a maximum 50-point Skills Camp Score.
IT-FACTOR (BONUS)

MAXIMUM 10 BONUS PTS
The IT-Factor Score adds up to 10 bonus points to your 100-point KO Bros Star Ranking. This score is a subjective evaluation for players who dominate our camps and events in undeniable ways. It’s reserved for athletes with a swagger and presence that set them apart—those who take over and leave no doubt they’re among the nation’s top recruits. The IT-Factor captures the intangibles that can’t be measured but are essential to being elite.
