STEP 1: COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW
The provided form below serves as a vital tool for KO Bros Academy (KOA) to enhance our capacity to cater to the diverse needs of our student athletes effectively. This comprehensive questionnaire enables us to gather essential information encompassing athletic experience, academic history, and potential learning disabilities, among other pertinent details. Your thoughtful responses will contribute significantly to our commitment to providing tailored and holistic support for each student athlete within the KOA community.
STEP 2: PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE
Each enrollee has to pay a Registration Fee of $125 to secure their place in our KOA Enrollment Class of 2024. We will only honor the placement of student-athletes whose families have submitted their Registration Fees. We will NOT honor the spots of those who complete our the form below but fail to process their Registration Fee payment prior to us reaching our 450 student athlete capacity.

Upon the successful submission of your Registration Fee, you will have concluded the 2024 KO Bros Academy (KOA) Waitlist process, automatically enrolling in our KOA Newsletter. As a subscriber, you will receive comprehensive updates, exciting news, and pertinent announcements pertaining to KO Bros Academy.
