Travel Accommodations & Meal Arrangements

Please note that all team meals and hotel accommodations have already been arranged and confirmed for each of our student-athletes as part of the team travel itinerary. In order to maintain organization, safety, and proper supervision throughout the trip, room assignments and roommate pairings have been predetermined by the coaching staff.

These arrangements were made carefully to ensure appropriate supervision, team structure, and logistical efficiency during travel. Room assignments, roommate pairings, and team meal plans are final and non-negotiable.

If a family prefers alternative accommodations or is not comfortable with the arrangements provided by the program, you are welcome to make your own hotel and meal arrangements independently. However, please note that any independently arranged accommodations will be the sole responsibility of the family.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure a safe, organized, and positive travel experience for all of our student-athletes.

Code of Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

To ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all participants, KO Bros maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy during all travel activities, competitions, and team functions.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited at all times:

  • Use, possession, or distribution of vapes, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances

  • Smoking or vaping of any kind

  • Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or fighting

  • Disrespect toward any adult, coach, staff member, official, or teammate

  • Disrespectful behavior toward any women, including inappropriate language or conduct

  • Leaving assigned hotel rooms after curfew or being outside of your assigned room after lights out

  • Violating team curfew or failing to be present for bed checks conducted by coaching staff

  • Any behavior that reflects poorly on KO Bros, our families, or our community

All student-athletes represent KO Bros, their families, and their communities while traveling. Therefore, athletes are expected to conduct themselves with the highest level of character, discipline, accountability, and respect at all times.

Curfew and lights-out times will be strictly enforced, and coaching staff will conduct bed checks to ensure all athletes are present in their assigned rooms. Any athlete found outside of their assigned hotel room after lights out without authorization from coaching staff will be considered in violation of team policy.

Additionally, student-athletes who are under the full care and supervision of KO Bros staff will not be permitted to leave the hotel property with family members, friends, or any outside individuals during the trip.

If a student-athlete has family visiting, those interactions must take place within the hotel, and clear communication must be made directly with Coach Leo in advance. Assumptions will not be made regarding permission. Coach Leo will only approve exceptions when direct communication has been received from the athlete’s parent or legal guardian.

Violation of this policy at any level will result in immediate disciplinary action, which may include:

  • Immediate removal from the trip and being sent home at the family’s expense

  • Permanent ban from all KO Bros trainings, teams, camps, events, and programs

This policy is non-negotiable and will be enforced without exception.

We appreciate the support of our families in helping us maintain a safe, disciplined, and respectful environment for all athletes involved in the KO Bros program.
